• No illegal copyrighted material or pirated software distribution.
• No phishing sites, financial scams, or unauthorized carding portals.
• No outbound DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious network probing.
• No crypto-mining scripts or abusive background bot processes on shared/reseller nodes.

3. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions or participate in cyber threats against our network infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HostemeBD or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
